100% Door-to-Door Collection
We design and operate complete door-to-door primary waste collection systems for ULBs - using GPS-tracked, closed-body vehicles with optimized routes to ensure every household and commercial establishment is covered daily.
Segregation at Source
We implement community IEC programmes and distribute 3-bin colour-coded systems (green: wet, blue: dry, red: hazardous) - the cornerstone of effective ISWM and resource recovery in line with SWM Rules 2026.
Scientific Processing - Zero Organic Landfilling
We target zero organic waste to landfills by diverting wet waste to composting and biomethanation facilities - converting waste into compost and biogas, in line with the SWM Rules 2026 mandate for resource recovery.
Engineered Sanitary Landfills
We design and construct scientifically engineered landfills with liner systems, leachate treatment, and LFG capture - replacing open dumps with compliant disposal facilities as mandated for all ULBs under SWM Rules 2026.
Informal Waste Picker Integration
Inspired by models like Pune's SWaCH cooperative, we integrate informal waste pickers into formal SWM systems as primary collectors - improving their livelihoods, providing social security, and improving waste recovery rates.
IEC & Community Awareness
We conduct Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) campaigns in communities, schools, and markets - building awareness about waste segregation, cleanliness behaviour, and the importance of the Swachh Bharat Mission.
